Hmmm.... advice..... Mm....i think just draw anytime u wanna draw don't overdo it (well, but i usually did it ) Then If u sucked at it for a moment, just take a break. If u don't have any idea, u can read some comics (ur fave one) or sometimes u can ask someone for it.^^
Well, for the coloring, i dunno coz i still in the practice time (i still a beginner for CG stuff) I usually test around Photoshop for the tools but none for the layers coz i can't use them I think that's all
